Shipping Policy

Orders received on weekdays by 2:00PM PST are normally shipped the same day. Orders placed on holidays or weekends are shipped the next business day.

International Customers: The shipping cost for tube-only orders (ProBalance, ProBalance Plus, Viggah, DHEA Plus, or Personal Moisturizing Cream) is $5.00USD, regardless of the number of tubes ordered. All other orders will be charged the actual postage plus a $3.00USD handling fee. All taxes and custom duties are the customer's responsibility.

Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, return any unopened products within 30 days for a prompt refund.

If you are not satisfied with the quality (results cannot be guaranteed for foods or dietary supplements) of any product, return the remaining product for a prompt refund. Because we are committed to buying raw materials of the highest purity and quality, your comments would be greatly appreciated.

Product Appearance: Occasionally, prototype samples are photographed. Actual product labels may vary. You will always receive the newest version.
